How to setting impedance for ddr3 and ethernet

Hello, I am designing a card with differential lines such as DDR3 and Ethernet, but how should I adjust the impedance settings of the copper layers or what should I calculate based on?

each good chip manufacturer provides PCB layout recommendations in datasheet or in design guide. That should explain the impedances.
