I would recommend to find a job as a junior HW engineer in a company designing the kind of boards you like. I would not look too much into money - you would like to learn for 1-3 years. Get the experience and then you can move to a different job and get much higher salary. If you can't find a job right now, the goal should be to work on a number of different projects using the MCU or CPU which is used by the companies you would like to work for. Today PCBs are not expensive, you can design your own board in your own time to practice and to show to your possible employee.

From my courses, Advanced PCB Layout can help a lot: https://fedevel.com/courses/advanced-pcb-layout-course

@Robert Feranec I have listened to you, I went through 25 or more recruitment requirements,
one of them are truly good one, I want to fill the requirements, I dont know how...😣, I am sharing with you below, please have a look and

(**1 question**) The problem is the job required not only pcb design but also programming with experience on entry level(trying over month). If I complete the advanced pcb layout courses, will consider to take me as intern (no salary expected)?

(**2 question** ) I am applying but i am not getting acceptance for long time now in my country all the company is software based, so according hardware side,
"Knowledge in micro-controller architecture (ARM or ARC), embedded firmware development and RTOS. Knowledge in data analytics, data visualization, machine learning. Good understanding of Agile practices"

i saw this in job description , what can you tell me about beginner project that i can try to make to impress interviewer. the course you have shared is it related to start?

(**3 question**) what do you think how long it will take to be prepared in hardware part in the course of advanced pcb layout? how much would be the budget (example 1 year / 2 year, 200 dollar, 400 dollar)

**Resource that i have**, I have one raspberry pi, esp32, arduino uno, cpld(in the picture) , some DC motor, 5-6 IR sensor, some bread board,
Excellent practical knowledge on electronics / robotics components

for MCU firmware development you can try to play with STM32 ... for RTOS I think it should be possible to use with ESP32. For ARM use RPi e.g. you can try to compile linux kernel. Advanced PCB Layout course is only for PCB layout. If in HW position they are expecting SW skills, these may be simple skills such writing code to test your HW, writing some text on display, etc.
