What is recommended track width of a differential pair

The width to get the characteristic impedance required.
In Altium you go to the layer stack manager, tab Impedance and create an impedance profile.

differential pairs are created from two single ended tracks. these individual tracks often have 50 ohm impedance - that is how you get the width of a track in differential pair (but sometimes the impedance may be different e.g. 45OHMS etc check it in your design guide). Then you calculate space based on differential pair impedance.
