Hi all!
I'm facing a strange situation with polygon connect which doesn't connect directly over same objects (i.e. vias in the picture). The Properties are set up as usual (solid,pour over same objects, arc, necs, etc) and the polygon rule is set to direct (per picture).

Does anybody have any ideas on this?
By the way the Altium version is 24.6.1

Choose under clearance rules "advanced" to see polygon clearance rules. I think something with the clearance rules perhaps.

Are these vias part of a component or did you add them manually?

I would set the "polygon connect style" to advanced, and then have via's set to direct. This allows a more general rule that does not cause problems for through hole and SMD components.
Did you set thermal relief on the vias themselves?

Hi guys. Thanks a lot for your inputs. The problem was solved. The polygon connect rule was set yo advanced and confirmed that all the 3 cases including the via connect was set to direct from there. The point is that for the via itself it was set to thermal relief and when I checked the Direct box it was ok. Normally I never use that inside the properties panel but a part of this design was carried over from a different CAD system and this parameter including others were preselected. Thanks again for the help!

I would uncheck that box from the via and let the rules handle it.
But good to hear you found the issue.

Actually when it didn't work it was checked. The box seems to be connected with the direct command and this is strange in the way it is presented to the user. This option appeared this way after the last update. Thanks a lot for the great support!

I still work with AD 23.11. There were no interesting updates up to 24.5 for me.
