Misaligned PCB Trace

Hi. I took your course Allegro Essentials.
When I open the finished design, as-is, I can see the traces and they are aligned to the middle of the pin, as expected. However, if I delete the trace and and draw it myself it is not aligned to the center. See attached.
Note that I copied the design from your final board and then deleted all etch. Then I tried to place a trace and got this result, not centered.

Maybe you have snapping turned off? When routing, try right click and check snapping option.
