Baseboard has just through hole vias. It is better have microVIAs for the reason Robert comment in the course for the modulo? (L1toL2 and L2toL3)

If you do not need to have uVIAs, do not use them. They will make your PCB much more expensive. I only use uVIAs, when there is no other way to make the layout.
