Question regarding Library Files - Advanced PCB Layout Course
P , 02-07-2026, 12:34 PM
Dear Robert,I hope you are doing well.I am a final-year Electrical and Electronics Engineering student from Turkey, and I have recently started your Advanced PCB Layout Course. I am currently working on the iMX6 Rex project, but I’ve encountered a small hurdle.I noticed that the integrated library files (** .IntLib / .PcbLib**) are not included in the lesson download packages. Consequently, when I try to update the PCB from the schematic, I receive "Footprint Not Found" errors for the components. Before I proceed with manually linking each component to its footprint, I wanted to ask if there is a specific library file available for this course that I might have missed? Having the original library would be a great help to ensure my layout matches the steps in your videos perfectly.Thank you for providing such high-quality engineering content. I’m really looking forward to applying these high-speed design principles to my own Zynq-7000 project (ZettBrett) as well!Best regards, Yusuf Han Kiziltepe
