as i already been asked, i am joining you the work i did to be able to navigate and fix those errors hope someone can take a closer look, my first go to idea was changing the distancing parameters ( kinda stupid ik) and i do not really think that can be a good solution.

you can adjust the rule. I think i do that by the end of the pcb layout, you an find it in the video
