ASRIP mkII firmware must be updated before continuing from 1.17 to 1.18

Hi, I am working on the course "Learn how to design your own boards". I manufactured the board and I am in the installing firmware stage. In the Microchip Studio in asks to upgrade the ASRIP mkII firmware. This firmware must be updated before continuing from 1.17 to 1.18. When I select upgrade the AVRISP mkII firmware. The upgrade failed, it suggest to toggle power on tool and retry upgrade. I tried to toggle the power but it didn't work. This is the step where we use the Atmega 16U to program the Atmega 328P. I can't find the AVRISP firmware 1.18 version. If anyone has this .hex file please share it, or suggest a solution for this problem. Thanks,

is not there something with fuses or clocks? I may remeber something, that if you erase the firmware, all the settings will erase and I have some kind of feeling there was something with clock (?) .. but I may be wrong
