Hi, Recently, I just finished the course of the 28 pins project on Udemy. When coming to flash the firmware for the board. I have no atavrdragon, may I know how to use arduino nano to flash the firmware to the atmega16u2?

it's been a long time I flashed atmel/microchip ... try to look around what they use now. Or possibly please does someone know what is popular these days?

Arduino nano should have atmega328 on board so i'm sure someone has made it possible. What is your purpose? Did you make your own arduino board?

I think nowdays good programmer to use for PIC and AVR is PicKit 5, but it isn't the cheapest.

I never used, but cheaper option should be also Microchip Snap.

@Mini I completely forgot I bought PicKit for one of my tutorials. Looks like it should be able to handle also 16u2. Thank you for the tip. https://www.microchip.com/en-us/product/atmega16u2
