is there a cheatlist for required trackwidth on pcb design?

if there are any high current tracks theyll need width calculated: https://www.advancedpcb.com/en-us/tools/trace-width-calculator/

smaller than 0.2mm will also be more expensive . But also depends if they are rf traces or just mcu stuff

Z0 or 50 ohm for signal traces.
At least 0.5mm for power. And wider for higher power.
Better use PCB toolkit (https://saturnpcb.com/saturn-pcb-toolkit/) and IPC-2152 with modifiers.
