Could you please help me on explaining the SPI data(Solder Past inspection) for assembly process and how this file can be generated using altium

According to the manufacturer when i send the Gerber, he said there is a missing file which is the SPI data that required for assembly process but i never heard of this file before

I have never heard about this ... usually assembly house just uses the files for paste layer and they prepare everything what they need from them.
