Hello Everybody I want to measure angle between two pads. I have find angular and radial dimension tools but I don't know how to use these two tools. Any when can help me about using angular and radial tools ?

For the angular you need to place 4 points. These 4 points are to create 2 lines.For radial: https://www.altium.com/documentation/altium-designer/pcb-radial-dimension?version=21
