It is not going to work.
Follow the path from Vin to Vou....
Rotate Q2 to the same orientation to Q5.
Is "+12V" and "Global netname: +12v" the same?

Clean up your schematic so that there is no overlap in text and lines (ie. marked in the red boxes). Then we'll have another look.

hi I haven't design this circuit i taken from someones circuit as reference it is working with 91% given in:11.59v out:48.5 with 1amp current output (he tested). but i want to know whether the palcement of components and routing in pcb layout is fine or not as this is my first project so pls check them if possible...

Better, but if this is the schematic that "he tested", he could not get 1mV out of it.
Have you "*Follow the path from Vin to Vou....*?

thank you sir , I will try to recheck with him

If you draw the schematic more like the common synchronous buck, it is much easier to see/find the mistake.
A schematic should not 'just work' it is a means for communication, a way to explain how it works. Creating clear schematic is half way getting a working design.

ok sir , Thanks I can draw my own schematic instead of depend on someothers .

I think you did not copy correctly. And if the original schematic is just as 'chaotic' as your original, it make finding the mistake difficult.
That is why I stated "*Rotate Q2 to the same orientation to Q5.*" and "*draw the schematic more like the common synchronous buck*"

@harish You might want to check your IC. Looking at the datasheet for the EG1164 (it's not in English) but only shows Boost mode and looking up the IC generally shows it being used as a step up converter. Your schematic as well is eearly similar to a boost converter (still some things wrong with it), not a buck.

ok sir , thankyou
