While I am doing the delay matching with the flyby routing strategies for the DDR3 RAM data, the Altium program updates to the newest version and when I re-enter, all the delay calculation is broken. All showing zero. Is this a bug or ... a new feature :)))) All the delays should be somewhere around 400ps before update.

Oh well I don't know it but the new version 25.8.1 is buggy. I reverted to the previous version of 25.7.1 and everything went normal again. Does anyone know how to report bugs to Altium dev ?

this is exactly my experience, so I never do length tuning based on delay in Altium. But I need to add, I don't know how this changed in the latest versions, maybe it is better now (but looks like maybe not)

Did you still have an issue? Mine got updated to recent version as well but I don't see them broken?

Nvm, I started seeing same issue... did you contact Altium about this? This is ridiculous. It zeroed out all my delay matching signals. This is seriously messed up.. It distorted all my delay matching signals

I don't think there is a way to report to Altium Software dev about this
