First convert the allegro pcb file to allegro binary files and then import into the altium import wizard

What have you tried so far?
What file extension do you have and what file extension does Altium say it can import?

When I try to open in altium by import wizard

Error show: Cadence allegro installation not found importing Cadence allegro file in binary format requires Cadence allegro on this system
Ensure your path environment variable is correct and includes the location of extract.exe

But I have only altium software in my system. Not have allegro how I convert my file in allegro binary?

One thing you might try:
Open the file with 7zip. 7zip ignores the extension and checks the content.

I have seen often that the files are simply a .zip file with another extension.
To name a just two well known: Altium libraries and Excel .xlsx
