Does Altium have a way to assign decoupling capacitors to chip pins?

In lesson 1 of the Advanced PCB layout course (at approximately 2:09:00), there is a discussion of capacitors that are connected to different pins of a chip, but also to the same +3V3 net. Is there a way to force Altium to inform the user during PCB layout that these capacitors must be placed close to the connected pins? E.g, some kind of distance-to-net priority?

I can't think of a standard way to do this. In theory you can setup some rules, but that's a huge effort, creates a mess in the rules and it is unnecessary. During the placement you can just use cross selection to select a group of capacitors in the schematics and place them in the PCB. Re-position selected components commands helps about that as well (explained in the Advanced PCB Layout course).

The simplest way is to draw the schematic the way that you know how placement should be done. Then as suggested by @mairomaster, use cross probe.
If you would like to create some special rules for this, maybe some rules could be possible (e.g. create rooms (?)), but it really is not necessary. It could just slow you down and make the things unnecessary complicated.
