What shoud I set in Preferences to able to use the probe in schema, which will mask the PCB and then select a component on schematic without loosing the previous mask in PCB?

@joaorbeck I exactly know what you mean. This is a bug (or a new "future" ?) from Altium 14.3 and up.

Option 1: Temporarily you can select components first and highlight the net (CTRL + Left Click) after that. It's not as good as mask, but it helps.

Option 2: Possibly, you can use "Select" mode. Go to Schematic -> Navigator panel, move cursor on the Navigator panel -> Press right click -> and check: Select Objects.

I mentioned this problem to Altium, but I am not sure if or when they are going to fix it. I hope this helps.
