DDR3 length tunning

Hey guys! I hope everyone is well.
I am routing a DDR3 memory using the classes generated by xSignals (fly-by topology).
1. However, I encounter a problem in the length tunning of the strobe differential pair. In the BL0 group, the strobe differential pair indicates that the P is shorter than expected. When I try to equalize, it shows another length on the screen, see image below (on the left tab it indicates 2028mil and 2021mil and on the PCB it indicates 2099 and 2089mil).
2. Are the classes generated by xSignals always deleted when I run a Design Import?
